INDICATIONS

Matrix is specially formulated for athletes to support the processes of energy recovery and physical restoration after intense training (anabolic window).

Matrix promotes recovery and contains glutamine, leucine and betaine.

Take 50 g daily (3 scoops) dissolved in 300 ml water or other liquid, preferably 30 minutes after intense exercise.

PROPERTIES

Matrix is an innovative dietary supplement specifically for regeneration after training and competition.

The formulation has been revised in this respect, taking into account the latest scientific studies, by adding absolutely high-quality active ingredients to the effective dose.

Contains a blend of highly hydrolysed and easily digestible isolated whey proteins, OPTIPEP® 90 DH4, with an amino acid content in the form of di and tripeptides of 60% - 65% and carbohydrates with fast and slow absorption to "exploit" the period of the anabolic window as much as possible.

In fact, it is assumed that after intense training, the organism is in a special physiological condition favourable for regeneration, which lasts for six to seven hours, during which the processes of repair, restoration and regeneration of energy reserves are optimal.

The intake of specific nutrients during this period optimises this phase, which is indispensable for the athlete's balance and the improvement of their future performance.

The carbohydrates contained, with rapid and prolonged absorption (waxy maize amylopectin), allow the complete recovery of glycogen reserves and an optimal progression of the general metabolic processes associated with recovery during the period of the anabolic window.

The formulation is also enriched with leucine, the branched-chain amino acid that more than others directly provides muscle repair during this phase by activating satellite cells in the muscle and coupled mTOR protein biosynthesis. Glutamine is a key regulator of recovery processes, promoting the elimination of toxins and immune system recovery.

Betaine is an excellent moisturiser for the cells, has a detoxifying effect and also appears to be involved as a regulator in some signalling pathways of protein biosynthesis.
